For how long will Vendavoucher retain your personal data?

Vendavoucher will only retain your personal data for as long as is necessary. In particular:

User information including email address — we will only retain this information for as long as you wish to maintain a user account with Vendavoucher via the website. Should you elect at a future date to close your user account and advise us accordingly, we will delete your user account information within a reasonable period of time of receipt of such notification and close your user account. Closure of your account will mean that all of your vouchers and campaigns linked to this account will be marked as "expired" and the corresponding voucher codes can no longer be used. In addition, you will no longer be licensed to use any Vendavoucher logos or trade marks on your website social media or marketing literature;
For tax purposes Vendavoucher needs to retain records of vendor contact details. This information will be held for the statutory required period;
Address and contact information — Vendavoucher will retain this information for as long as you wish to use its services. Should you change your address details and/or other contact information at a future date you will need to advise us accordingly — we will update our records as soon as possible following receipt of your notification and will delete all old address and contact information. Further, should you decide at a future date that you no longer wish for Vendavoucher to retain this information, we will delete it from our records as soon as possible following receipt of your notification in this regard. However, please be aware that following deletion of your address and contact information you will no longer be able to use Vendavoucher's services;
Banking details — we will only retain this information for as long as you wish to receive payment of affiliate earnings from Vendavoucher. Should you change your bank account details at a future date you will need to advise us accordingly — we will update our records as soon as possible following receipt of your notification and will delete all old banking information. If you elect at a future date to advise Vendavoucher to delete your current banking information and do not provide us with alternative bank account details, we will no longer be able to make any future payments to you, and we cannot be held liable to you for any failure to make any such future payments.

What are your rights in relation to Vendavoucher's collection and use of your personal data?
